A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE BAYTOWN
AREA WATER AUTHORITY CALLING A SPECIAL MEETING TO BE
HELD ON MAY 24, 2018, AT 5:00 P.M. IN THE COUNCIL CHAMBER OF
CITY HALL, BAYTOWN, TEXAS; AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE
DATE THEREOF.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE BAYTOWN AREA
WATER AUTHORITY:
Section 1: That the Board of Directors of the Baytown Area Water Authority hereby
calls a Special Meeting to be held on May 24, 2018, at 5:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber of City
Hall, located at 2401 Market Street, Baytown, Texas.
Section 2: This resolution shall take effect immediately from and after its passage by
the Board of Directors of the Baytown Area Water Authority.
INTRODUCED, READ and PASSED by the affirmative vote of the Board of Directors
of the Baytown Area Water Authority this the 21St day of March, 2018.
