ORDINANCE NO. 13,580 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN, TEXAS, AUTHORIZING CHANGE ORDER NO. 3 WITH LEM CONSTRUCTION CO., INC., FOR THE CDBG NON -HOUSING CENTRAL DISTRICT WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT FLOOD IMPROVEMENT PROJECT, IN THE AMOUNT OF THREE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED EIGHTY-TWO AND 48/100 DOLLARS ($3,982.48); AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE THEREOF. ****************************************************************************** BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN, TEXAS: Section 1: That the City Council does hereby authorize Change Order No. 3 with LEM Construction Co., Inc., for the CDBG Non -Housing Central District Wastewater Treatment Plant Flood Improvement Project. A copy of said change order is attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof for all intents and purposes. Section 2: That the City Council of the City of Baytown hereby authorizes the payment in an amount of THREE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED EIGHTY-TWO AND 48/100 DOLLARS ($3,982.48) to LEM Construction Co., Inc., for the change order authorized in Section 1 hereinabove. Section 3: This ordinance shall take effect immediately from and after its passage by the City Council of the City of Baytown.
