A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN, TEXAS,
ACCEPTING A CONTRIBUTION FROM EXXON MOBIL CORPORATION IN THE
AMOUNT OF THIRTY-THREE THOUSAND AND N0/100 DOLLARS ($33,000.00)
SUPPORTING THE BAYTOWN NATURE CENTER'S ENVIRONMENTAL
EDUCATION PROGRAM, THE EDDIE V. GRAY WETLANDS EDUCATION AND
RECREATION CENTER'S WETLANDS ECOLOGY PROGRAM AND THE
STERLING MUNICIPAL LIBRARY'S READING AND CULTURAL ENRICHMENT
PROGRAMS; AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE THEREOF.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN, TEXAS:
Section 1: That the City Council of the City of Baytown, Texas, hereby accepts a
contribution from Exxon Mobil Corporation in the amount of TWELVE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED
AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($12,500.00) supporting the Baytown Nature Center's Environmental
Education Program.
Section 2: That the City Council of the City of Baytown, Texas, hereby accepts a
contribution from Exxon Mobil Corporation in the amount of TWELVE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED
AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($12,500.00) supporting the Eddie V. Gray Wetlands Education and
Recreation Center's Wetlands Ecology Program.
Section 3: That the City Council of the City of Baytown, Texas, hereby accepts a donation
in the amount of EIGHT THOUSAND AND N0/100 DOLLARS ($8,000.00) from Exxon Mobil
Corporation in support of the Sterling Municipal Library's Reading and Cultural Enrichment Programs.
Section 4: This resolution shall take effect
