A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE BAYTOWN
MUNICIPAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT MAKING A CHANGE IN THE
BAYTOWN MUNICIPAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT'S FISCAL YEAR
2016 -2017 BUDGET IN ORDER TO REPROGRAM FUNDS FOR THE
PURCHASE OF AN AQUA LOOP /AQUA DROP SLIDE FOR PIRATES BAY
WATER PARK; MAKING OTHER PROVISIONS RELATED THERETO;
AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE THEREOF.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE BAYTOWN
MUNICIPAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT:
Section 1: That the Board of Directors of the Baytown Municipal Development
District hereby makes changes in the Baytown Municipal Development District's Fiscal Year
2016 -2017 Budget to reprogram funds for the purchase of an Aqua Loop /Aqua Drop Slide for
Pirates Bay Water Park, as more particularly described in Exhibit "A," which is attached hereto
and incorporated herein for all intents and purposes.
Section 2: This resolution shall take effect immediately from and after its passage by
the Board of Directors of the Baytown Municipal Development District.
