AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN, TEXAS,
AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF THE FUNDS, HELD IN TRUST FOR THE
GREATER BAYTOWN - CHAMBERS COUNTY LEPC, FROM THE CITY OF
BAYTOWN'S EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT FUND TO THE GREATER BAYTOWN-
CHAMBERS COUNTY LEPC; TERMINATING THE FISCAL STEWARDSHIP OF
SUCH FUND; AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE THEREOF.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN, TEXAS:
Section 1: That the City Council of the City of Baytown, Texas, does hereby authorize the
transfer of the funds, held in trust for the Greater Baytown- Chambers County LEPC, from the City of
Baytown's Emergency Management Fund to the Greater Baytown- Chambers County LEPC.
Section 2: That the City Council of the City of Baytown hereby terminates the fiscal stewardship
of the funds, held in trust for the Greater Baytown- Chambers County LEPC.
Section 3: This ordinance shall take effect immediately fro/and er its passage by the City
Council of the City of Baytown.
