A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE BAYTOWN
MUNICIPAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT MAKING A CHANGE IN THE
BAYTOWN MUNICIPAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT'S FISCAL YEAR
2015 -2016 BUDGET IN ORDER TO REPROGRAM FUNDS TO PROVIDE
ADDITIONAL FUNDING FOR THE TEXAS AVENUE STREETSCAPE AND
TOWN SQUARE PROJECT; MAKING OTHER PROVISIONS RELATED
THERETO; AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE THEREOF.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE BAYTOWN
MUNICIPAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT:
Section 1: That the Board of Directors of the Baytown Municipal Development
District hereby makes changes in the Baytown Municipal Development District's Fiscal Year
2015 -2016 Budget to reprogram funds to provide additional funding for the Texas Avenue
Streetscape and Town Square Project, as more particularly described in Exhibit "A," which is
attached hereto and incorporated herein for all intents and purposes.
Section 2: This resolution shall take effect immediately from and after its passage by
the Board of Directors of the Baytown Municipal Development District,,
INTRODUCED, READ and PASSED by the affirmativ vote of the Board of Directors
of the Baytown Municipal Development District, this the 7th y of January, 2016.
