A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN,
TEXAS, DESIGNATING THE CITY OF BAYTOWN'S REPRESENTATIVE AND
ALTERNATE TO THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE HOUSTON -
GALVESTON AREA COUNCIL FOR THE YEAR 2015; AND PROVIDING FOR
THE EFFECTIVE DATE THEREOF.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN, TEXAS:
Section 1: That the City Council of the City of Baytown hereby designates Terry Sain as
the City of Baytown's representative to the General Assembly of the Houston - Galveston Area
Council for the year 2015 and to the Board of Directors of the Houston - Galveston Area Council for
the year 2015.
Section 2: That the City Council of the City of Baytown hereby designates Stephen H.
DonCarlos as the City of Baytown's alternate representative to the General Assembly of the
Houston - Galveston Area Council for the year 2015 and to the Board of Directors of the Houston -
Galveston Area Council for the year 2015.
Section 3: The term of these representatives shall be concurrent with their terms as
members of the City Council.
Section 4: The City Clerk is hereby directed to notify the Executive Director of the
Houston - Galveston Area Council of the City's representatives named hereinabove.
Section 5: This resolution shall take effect immediately from and after its passage by the
City Council of the City of Baytown.
INTRODUCED, READ and PASSED, by the affirmative vote of th City Council of the City
of Baytown this the 11th day of December, 2014. !
