A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN, TEXAS,
ASSIGNING THE KEEP TEXAS BEAUTIFUL AFFILIATION TO KEEP BAYTOWN
BEAUTIFUL, INC.; AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE THEREOF.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN, TEXAS:
Section 1: That the City Council of the City of Baytown, Texas, hereby assigns the Keep
Texas Beautiful affiliation to Keep Baytown Beautiful, Inc. The City Manager is hereby authorized to
take further action as necessary to effectuate assignment.
Section 2: This resolution shall take effect immediatel/ft���e

City Council of the City of Baytown.
