TEXAS, CANCELLING THE SPECIAL MEETING SCHEDULED FOR
SEPTEMBER 4, 2014, AT 6:30 P.M.; AND PROVIDING FOR THE
EFFECTIVE DATE THEREOF.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN,
TEXAS:
Section 1: That the City Council of the City of Baytown, Texas, hereby cancels the
Special Council Meeting scheduled to be held on September 4, 2014, at 6:30 p.m. in the Council
Chambers of City Hall, located at 2401 Market Street, Baytown, Texas.
Section 2: This resolution shall take effect immediately from and after its passage by
the City Council of the City of Baytown, Texas.
