Ordinance No. 12,08920140301715 07/11/2014 ER $28.00 ORD X ORDINANCE NO. 12,089 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN, TEXAS, MAKING CERTAIN FINDINGS; PROVIDING FOR THE EXTENSION OF CERTAIN BOUNDARY LIMITS OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN, TEXAS, AND THE ANNEXATION OF APPROXIMATELY 2.473 ACRES LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF EAST WALLISVILLE ROAD AND EAST OF NORTH MAIN STREET, LEGALLY KNOWN AS THE NORTH 25 FEET OF LOT I OF BELTWAY GAS AND GO, THE NORTH 25 FEET OF LOTS 3 AND 4 OF MEMORIAL BAYTOWN BUSINESS PARK, AND LOT 5 OF MEMORIAL BAYTOWN BUSINESS PARK, HARRIS COUNTY, TEXAS, WHICH SAID TERRITORY LIES ADJACENT TO AND ADJOINS THE PRESENT BOUNDARY LIMITS FOR THE CITY OF BAYTOWN, TEXAS.
