A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN, TEXAS,
APPOINTING THOMAS CAPETILLO AND AGUSTIN LOREDO TO THE PARKS
AND RECREATION BOARD; AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE
THEREOF.

WHEREAS, Section 2-281 of the City of Baytown's Municipal Code of Ordinances provides for
the appointment of the Members to the Parks and Recreation Board (Board); NOW, THEREFORE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN, TEXAS:
Section 1: That the City Council of the City of Baytown, Texas hereby appoints two (2)
member to the Parks and Recreation Board as follows.
A. Thomas Capetillo is appointed to serve as a Member of the Board with a term
expiring on August 31, 2029; and
B. Agustin Loredo is appointed to serve as a Member of the Board with a term
expiring on August 31, 2029;
Section 2: This resolution shall take effect immediately from and after its passage by the City
Council of the City of Baytown.
INTRODUCED, READ and PASSED by the affirmative vote f the City Council of the City of
Baytown this the 27`f' day of August, 2026.
