A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN, TEXAS,
APPOINTING DENISE GRAVES TO THE 2025 BOND OVERSIGHT COMMITTEE;
AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE THEREOF.

WHEREAS, the 2025 Bond Oversight Committee is a Subcommittee of the City Council of the
City of Baytown, Texas; and
WHEREAS, one (1) vacancy exists on the 2025 Bond Oversight Committee; NOW THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN, TEXAS:
Section 1: That the duly elected and qualified members of the City Council hereby find that all
matters and facts set forth in the recitals above are found to be true and correct.
A. Denise Graves is appointed to serve as a Member of the 2025 Bond Oversight Committee;
Section 2: This resolution shall take effect immediately from and after its passage by the City
Council of the City of Baytown.
INTRODUCED, READ and PASSED by the affirmative vote of the City Council of the City of
Baytown this the 27th day of August, 2026.
