A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN, TEXAS,
APPOINTING BARBARA HINOJOSA, MARGA MATTHEWS, SERGIO MENDOZA,
JOHN ROPER, CRISPINA POWELL, AND KEITH COBURN TO THE 2025 BOND
OVERSIGHT COMMITTEE; AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE
THEREOF.
WHEREAS, the 2025 Bond Oversight Committee is a Subcommittee of the City Council of the
City of Baytown, Texas; and
WHEREAS, six (6) vacancies exist on the 2025 Bond Oversight Committee; NOW THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN, TEXAS:
Section 1: That the duly elected and qualified members of the City Council hereby find that all
matters and facts set forth in the recitals above are found to be true and correct.
A. Barbara Hinojosa is appointed to serve as a Member of the 2025 Bond Oversight Committee;
B. Marga Matthews is appointed to serve as a Member of the 2025 Bond Oversight Committee;
C. Sergio Mendoza is appointed to serve as a Member of the 2025 Bond Oversight Committee;
D. John Roper is appointed to serve as a Member of the 2025 Bond Oversight Committee;
E. Crispina Powell is appointed to serve as a Member of the 2025 Bond Oversight Committee;
F. Keith Coburn is appointed to serve as a Member of the 2025 Bond Oversight Committee.
Section 2: This resolution shall take effect immediately from and after its passage by the City
Council of the City of Baytown.
INTRODUCED, READ and PASSED by the affirmative vote of the City Council of the City of
Baytown this the 23rd day of July, 2026.
