A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE BAYTOWN
MUNICIPAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT, AUTHORIZING ALLIANT INSURANCE
SERVICES, INC., AS BROKER, TO PLACE PROPERTY AND CASUALTY
RELATED INSURANCES POLICIES FOR THE HYATT REGENCY BAYTOWN-
HOUSTON HOTEL AND CONVENTION CENTER FOR FISCAL YEAR 2026-2027 IN
AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED NINE HUNDRED FORTY-SEVEN THOUSAND
ONE HUNDRED THIRTY-NINE AND 00/ 100 DOLLARS ($947,139.00);
AUTHORIZING ALLIANT INSURANCE SERVICES, INC., AS BROKER, TO PLACE
A TERRORISM COVERAGE POLICY WITH LLOYD'S SYNDICATE FOR THE
HYATT REGENCY BAYTOWN-HOUSTON HOTEL AND CONVENTION CENTER
FOR FISCAL YEAR 2026-2027 IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED SIX THOUSAND
EIGHT HUNDRED SEVENTEEN, AND 85/ 100 DOLLARS ($6,817.85); MAKING
OTHER PROVISIONS RELATED THERETO; AND PROVIDING FOR THE
EFFECTIVE DATE THEREOF.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE BAYTOWN MUNICIPAL
DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT:
Section 1: That the Board of Directors of the Baytown Municipal Development District, hereby
authorizes Alliant Insurance Services, Inc, as broker, to place property and casualty related insurance
policies for the Hyatt Regency Baytown -Houston to be effective October 1, 2026 through September 30,
2027 and authorizes payment in an amount not to exceed NINE HUNDRED FORTY-SEVEN
THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED THIRTY-NINE AND 00/100 DOLLARS ($947,139.00) for the related
services and coverages.
Section 2: That the Board of Directors of the Baytown Municipal Development District, hereby
authorizes Alliant Insurance Services, Inc, as broker, to place a terrorism coverage policy with Lloyd's
Syndicate for the Hyatt Regency Baytown -Houston Hotel and Convention Center to be effective October
1, 2026 through September 30, 2027 and authorizes payment in an amount not to exceed SIX THOUSAND
EIGHT HUNDRED SEVENTEEN AND 85/100 DOLLARS ($6,817.85) for the related services and
coverages.
Section 3: This resolution shall take effect immediately from and after its passage by the Board
of Directors of the Baytown Municipal Development District.
