A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN, TEXAS,
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 3111 TO CHANGE THE MEETING TIME ON
AUGUST 27, 2026, TO 5:00 P.M., IN THE COUNCIL CHAMBER OF CITY HALL OF
THE CITY OF BAYTOWN; AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE
THEREOF.
WHEREAS, on July 23, 2026, the City Council (the "City Council") of the City of Baytown, Texas
(the "City") passed Resolution 3111, setting two (2) Council Meetings on August 13, 2026 at 4:00 pm and
August 27, 2026 at 4:00 pm; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Baytown, Texas now desires to amend Section 1 of
Resolution 3111 to set the Council Meeting on August 27, 2026 to begin at 5:00 pm and; NOW
THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN, TEXAS:
Section 1: That the City Council of the City of Baytown, Texas, hereby calls the following
Council Meeting to be held in the Council Chamber of City Hall, located at 2401 Market Street, Baytown,
Texas:
27, 2026 1 5:00 p.m.
Section 2: This resolution shall take effect immediately from and after its passage by the City
Council of the City of Baytown, Texas.
INTRODUCED, READ and PASSED by the affirmative vote of the City Council of the City of
Baytown this the 13th day of August, 2026.
