A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN, TEXAS,
APPOINTING LESIA ROBINSON TO THE BAYTOWN AREA WATER
AUTHORITY; AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE THEREOF.
WHEREAS, Chapter 8104 of the Texas Special District Local Laws Code provides for the
appointment of Board Members to the Baytown Area Water Authority (BAWA); NOW, THEREFORE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN, TEXAS:
Section 1: That the City Council of the City of Baytown hereby appoints the following to
serve as a board member to the Baytown Area Water Authority as follows:
A. Lesia Robinson is appointed to serve as a Member with a term expiring on August 31,
2027.
Section 2: This resolution shall take effect immediately from and after its passage by the City
Council of the City of Baytown.
INTRODUCED, READ and PASSED by the affirmative vote of the City Council of the City of
Baytown this the 23rd day of July, 2026.
