A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE BAYTOWN
CRIME CONTROL AND PREVENTION DISTRICT AMENDING THE
BAYTOWN CRIME CONTROL AND PREVENTION DISTRICT'S FISCAL
YEAR 2025-2026 BUDGET BY REPROGRAMMING EIGHTY THOUSAND
AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($80,000.00) FROM COMPUTER MAINTENANCE
TO MOTOR VEHICLES AND BY REPROGRAMMING FORTY THOUSAND
AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($40,000.00) FROM EQUIPMENT RENTAL TO
MOTOR VEHICLES FOR THE PURCHASE OF VEHICLES FOR THE POLICE
DEPARTMENT; AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE THEREOF.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE BAYTOWN CRIME
CONTROL AND PREVENTION DISTRICT:
Section 1: That subject to the approval by the City Council of the City of Baytown, the
Board of Directors of the Baytown Crime Control and Prevention District (the "District") hereby
amends the Baytown Crime Control and Prevention District's Fiscal Year 2025-2026 Budget by
reprogramming EIGHTY THOUSAND AND NO/ 100 DOLLARS ($80,000.00) from Computer
Maintenance (Object#53009) to Motor Vehicles (Object #56800) and the reprogramming of
FORTY THOUSAND AND NO 100 DOLLARS ($40,000.00) from Equipment Rental (Object#
54025) to Motor Vehicles (Object #56800) for the purchase of vehicles for the Police Department.
Section 2: This resolution shall take effect immediately from and after its passage by
the Board of Directors of the Baytown Crime Control and Prevention District.
INTRODUCED, READ and PASSED by the affirmative vote of the Board of Directors of
the Baytown Crime Control and Prevention District on this the 11th day of August, 2026.
