BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN, TEXAS: Section 1: That the City Council of the City of Baytown, Texas, hereby grants the petition of the Baytown Area Water Authority for the proposed annexation of approximately 60 acres, located at 5359 East Grand Parkway South, legally described as Tract 17-2-12 John Steele Survey, Abstract No. 227 and Tract 1-1 B-3 Thomas Shepherd Abstract No. 229, Chambers County, Texas. Said petition is attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein for all intents and purposes. Section 2: That the City Council of the City of Baytown, Texas, hereby authorizes and directs the Planning and Development Services Department to prepare a service plan for the property identified in Section 1 hereof. Section 3: This resolution shall take effect immediately from and after its passage by the City Council of the City of Baytown.
