A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN, TEXAS,
DISSOLVING THE BAYTOWN ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT ADVISORY
COMMITTEE; AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE THEREOF.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Baytown created the Baytown Economic Development
Advisory Committee ("the Committee") on October 26, 2023 via Resolution No. 2869; and
WHEREAS, the aforementioned Committee is no longer active within the City.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BAYTOWN, TEXAS:
Section 1: That the Baytown Economic Development Advisory Committee be hereby
DISSOLVED.
Section 2: This resolution shall take effect immediately from and after its passage by the
City Council of the City of Baytown.
INTRODUCED, READ and PASSED by the affirmative vote of the City Council of the City of
Baytown this the 26th day of June, 2026.
