BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Baytown,

said corporation's ICJ be and he is hereby duly authorized and fully empowered to enter into and
execute,for and in the name df said corporation,one certain written agreement,.dated MAY 7, 1953,

and The Beaumont, Sour Lake & Western Railway Company, Debtor

the construction, ownership, maintenance, and use of one certain8•inch voter line
crossing Carrier's premises at Migineer's Chaining Station i367J75, at or near
Baytown, Harris County, Texas,
all as more particularly set out in said agreement, to which reference Is made the same as if fully set out herein."
