A RESOLUTION OF THE BAYTOWN MUNICIPAL DEVELOPMENT
DISTRICT, SETTING A DATE, TIME AND PLACE FOR THE PUBLIC
HEARING ON THE PROPOSED FISCAL YEAR 2026-2027 BUDGET; AND
PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE THEREOF.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE BAYTOWN
MUNICIPAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT:
Section 1: On the 9"' day of July, 2026, at 6:30 p.m., in the City Hall Council Chambers
of the City of Baytown, 2401 Market Street, Baytown, Texas, the Board of Directors of the
Baytown Municipal Development District ("Board") will hold a public hearing giving all
interested parties the right to appear and be heard on the proposed fiscal year 2026-2027 budget.
Section 3: The Secretary is hereby authorized and directed to cause notice of such
public hearing to be published once in the newspaper having general circulation in the City not
less than ten (10) days prior to the date of the public hearing.
Section 4: This resolution shall take effect immediately from and after its passage by
the Board of Directors of the Baytown Municipal Development District.
INTRODUCED, READ and PASSED by the affirmative vote of the Board of Directors of
the Baytown Municipal Development District this the 25t" day of June, 2026.
