HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution No. 3098 (Item 6.a)RESOLUTION NO. 3098 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN, TEXAS, GRANTING THE PETITION OF GILBREATH & COMPANY FOR THE PROPOSED ANNEXATION OF APPROXIMATELY 0.998 ACRES LOCATED ON THE EAST SIDE OF NORTH STATE HIGHWAY 146 APPROXIMATELY 415 FEET SOUTH OF PINE MEADOWS BOULEVARD, LEGALLY DESCRIBED AS TRACT 110-C-0-1 WILLIAM BLOODGOOD LEAGUE ABSTRACT 4, CHAMBERS COUNTY, TEXAS; AUTHORIZING THE PREPARATION OF A SERVICE PLAN; AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE THEREOF. ************************************************************************************* BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN, TEXAS: Section 1: That the City Council of the City of Baytown, Texas, hereby grants the petition of Gilbreath & Company for the proposed annexation of. approximately 0.998 acres, located on the east side of North State Highway 146 and approximately 415 feet south of Pine Meadows Boulevard, legally described as Tract 110-C-0-1 WM Bloodgood Abstract No. 682, Harris County, Texas. Said petition is attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein for all intents and purposes. Section 2: That the City Council of the City of Baytown, Texas, hereby authorizes and directs the Planning and Development Services Department to prepare a service plan for the property identified in Section 1 hereof. Section 3: This resolution shall take effect immediately from and after its passage by the City Council of the City of Baytown.
