A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN, TEXAS,
APPOINTING CYNTHIA COKER AND STEPHANIE WHITLEY TO THE
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ADVISORY COMMITTEE; AND PROVIDING FOR
THE EFFECTIVE DATE THEREOF.

WHEREAS, Section 2-388 of the City of Baytown's Municipal Code of Ordinances provides for
the appointment of the Boards of Director to the Community Development Advisory Committee
(Committee); NOW, THEREFORE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN, TEXAS:
Section 1: That the City Council of the City of Baytown, Texas hereby appoints one (1)
member to the Community Development Advisory Committee as follows.
A. Cynthia Coker is appointed to serve as a Member of the Committee with a term
expiring on December 31, 2027; and
B. Stephanie Whitley is appointed to serve as a Member of the Committee with a term
expiring on December 31, 2027;
Section 2: This resolution shall take effect immediately from and after its passage by the City
Council of the City of Baytown.
INTRODUCED, READ and PASSED by the affirmative vote of the City Council of the City of
Baytown this the 28th day of May, 2026.
