A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE BAYTOWN FIRE
CONTROL, PREVENTION, AND EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES DISTRICT,
AUTHORIZING THE DISTRICT TO PAY ZOLL MEDICAL CORPORATION FOR
THE FOURTH ANNUAL INSTALLMENT OF THE TEN (10) YEAR LEASE
AGREEMENT FOR THE ZOLL ONE PROGRAM FOR EKG
MONITORS/DEFIBRILLATORS IN AN AMOUNT NO TO EXCEED NINETY-
FOUR THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED THIRTY-SIX AND NO/100 DOLLARS
($94,836.00); MAKING OTHER PROVISIONS RELATED THERETO; AND
PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE THEREOF.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE BAYTOWN FIRE CONTROL,
PREVENTION, AND EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES DISTRICT:
Section 1: That the Board of Directors of the Baytown Fire Control, Prevention, and
Emergency Medical Services District hereby authorizes the payment not to exceed NINETY-FOUR
THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED THIRTY-SIX AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($94,836.00) to ZOLL
Medical Corporation for the fourth annual installment of the ten (10) year lease agreement for the ZOLL One
Program for EKG monitors/defibrillators.
Section 2: This resolution shall take effect immediately from and after its passage by the Baytown
Fire Control, Prevention, and Emergency Medical Services District.
INTRODUCED,READ and PASSED by the affirmative vote of the Board of Directors of the Baytown
Fire Control, Prevention, and Emergency Medical Services District this the 21st day of April, 2026.
