APPROVING THE BAYTOWN HOUSEHOLD HAZARDOUS WASTE COLLECTION
DAY TENTATIVELY SCHEDULED FOR SATURDAY, APRIL 18, 2026 AT THE
CITY OF BAYTOWN STORAGE FACILITY LOCATED AT 1200 LEE DRIVE
BAYTOWN,TEXAS FROM 9:00 A.M.TO 2:00 P.M.;MAKING OTHER PROVISIONS
RELATED THERETO; AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE THEREOF.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN,TEXAS:
Section 1: That the City Council of the City of Baytown hereby approves the Baytown Household
Hazardous Waste Collection Day tentatively scheduled for Saturday,April 18,2026 at the City of Baytown
Storage Facility located at 1200 Lee Drive Baytown,Texas from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Section 2: This ordinance shall take effect immediately from and after its passage by the City
Council of the City of Baytown.
