A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN,
TEXAS, APPOINTING DR. NIEL GANDHI AS THE HEALTH AUTHORITY
TO THE CITY OF BAYTOWN; AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE
DATE THEREOF.
WHEREAS, Chapter 363 of the Texas Local Government Code provides for the
appointment of the Health Authority to the City of Baytown; NOW, THEREFORE
BE 1T RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN, TEXAS:
Section 1: That the City Council of the City of Baytown, Texas hereby appoints Dr.
Niel Gandhi is to serve as the Health Authority with a term expiring On April 30, 2028.
Section 2: This resolution shall take effect immediately from and after its passage by
the City Council of the City of Baytown.
