A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN, TEXAS,
APPOINTING KENRICK GRIFFITH, JACOB POWELL AND MIKE LESTER TO THE
BAYTOWN FINANCE AD HOC COMMITTEE; AND PROVIDING FOR THE
EFFECTIVE DATE THEREOF.
WHEREAS, the Baytown Finance Ad Hoc Committee is a subcommittee of the City of Baytown
City Council and as such the City Council may appoint members to the Baytown Finance Ad Hoc
Committee; NOW THEREFORE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN, TEXAS:
Section 1: That the City Council of the City of Baytown hereby appoints the following three
(3) persons to serve as members of the Baytown Finance Ad Hoc Committee:
A. Kenrick Griffith is appointed to serve as a Member on the Baytown Finance Ad Hoc
Committee;
B. Jacob Powell is appointed to serve as a Member on the Baytown Finance Ad Hoc
Committee; and
C. Mike Lester is appointed to serve as a Member on the Baytown Finance Ad Hoc
Committee.
Section 2: This resolution shall take effect immediately from and after its passage by the City
Council of the City of Baytown.
INTRODUCED, READ and PASSED by the affirmative vote of the City Council of the City of
Baytown this the 12th day of March, 2026.
