A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN, TEXAS,
APPOINTING TAMMY GUIDRY, BRENDA RAMBARR.AN AND JENNIFER ROUSE
TO THE LIBRARY BOARD; AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE
THEREOF.

WHEREAS, Chapter 54 of The City of Baytown Code of Ordinances provides for the appointment
of Board Members to the Library Board; NOW, THEREFORE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN, TEXAS:
Section 1: That the City Council of the City of Baytown, Texas hereby appoints three (3)
members to the Library Board as follows:
A. Tammy Guidry is appointed to serve as a Member of the Library Board with a term
expiring on February 28, 2028;
B. Brenda Rambarran is appointed to serve as a Member of the Library Board with a
term expiring on February 28, 2028; and
C. Jennifer Rouse is appointed to serve as a Member of the Library Board with a term
expiring on February 28, 2028.
Section 2: This resolution shall take effect immediately from and after its passage by the City
Council of the City of Baytown.
