AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN, TEXAS,
AUTHORIZING PAYMENT IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED SIXTY-FIVE
THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED NINETY -FIGHT AND 071100 DOLLARS ($65,298.07)
TO INNOVATIVE INTERFACES, INC. FOR YEAR FIVE OF A FIVE-YEAR
PERPETUAL LICENSE AGREEMENT IN CONNECTION WITH THE. SIERRA
INTEGRATED LIBRARY SYSTEM DATABASE SOFTWARE, RENEWAL OF THE
SOFTWARE -AS -SERVICE SUBSCRIPTION AGREEMENT IN CONNECTION WITH
TI IE VEGA DISCOVERY LAYER FOR THE LIBRARY'S ONLINE CATALOG, AND
RENEWAL OF THE CLOUD -HOSTING SERVICES AGREEMENT; MAKING
OTHER PROVISIONS RELATED THERETO; AND PROVIDING FOR THE.
EFFECTIVE DATE TIIEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN, TEXAS:
Section 1: That the City Council of the City of Baytown hereby authorizes payment in an
amount not to exceed SIXTY-FIVE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED NINETY-EIGHT AND 071100
DOLLARS ($65,298.07) to Innovative Interfaces, Inc. for year five of a five-year Perpetual License
Agreement in connection with the Sierra Integrated Library System database software, renewal of the
Software As -A -Service Subscription (SAAS) Agreement in connection with the Vega Discovery Layer for
the library's online catalog, and renewal of the Cloud -Hosting Services Agreement .
Section 2: This ordinance shall take effect immediately from and after its passage by the City
Council of the City of Baytown.
