AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN,
TEXAS, APPROVING A CHANGE IN THE BAYTOWN FIRE CONTROL,
PREVENTION, AND EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES DISTRICT'S
FISCAL YEAR 2025-2026 BUDGET FOR MUNICIPAL PURPOSES TO
REPROGRAM FUNDS FROM FUND BALANCE TO MOTOR VEHICLES
(32007020-56800) IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED TWO HUNDRED
NINETY-THREE THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED TWENTY-SIX AND 49/100
DOLLARS ($293,426.49) FOR THE PURCHASE OF SEVEN (7) STRETCHERS
FROM STRYKER SALES, LLC; MAKING OTHER REPRESENTATIONS
RELATED THERETO; AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE
THEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN, TEXAS:
Section 1: That the City Council of the City of Baytown hereby approves changes in
the Baytown Fire Control, Prevention, and Emergency Medical Services District's Fiscal Year
2025-2026 budget for municipal purposes to reprogram TWO HUNDRED NINETY-THREE
THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED TWENTY-SIX AND 49/100 DOLLARS ($293,426.49) from
Fund Balance to Motor Vehicles (32007020-56800) for the purchase of seven (7) stretchers from
Stryker Sales, LLC.
Section 2: This ordinance shall take effect immediately from and after its passage by
the City Council of the City of Baytown, Texas.
INTRODUCED, READ and PASSED, by the affirmative vote of the City Council of the
City of Baytown this the 22"d day of January, 2026.
