A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE BAYTOWN FIRE
CONTROL, PREVENTION, AND EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES
DISTRICT AMENDING THE BAYTOWN FIRE CONTROL, PREVENTION,
AND EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES DISTRICT'S FISCAL YEAR 2025-
2026 BUDGET BY REPROGRAMMING TWO HUNDRED NINETY-THREE
THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED TWENTY-SIX AND 49100 DOLLARS
($293,426.49) FROM FUND BALANCE TO MOTOR VEHICLES FOR THE
PURCHASE OF SEVEN (7) NEW POWERLOAD STRETCHERS; AND
PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE THEREOF.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE BAYTOWN FIRE
CONTROL, PREVENTION, AND EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES DISTRICT:
Section 1: That subject to the approval by the City Council of the City of Baytown, the
Board of Directors of the Baytown Fire Control, Prevention, and Emergency Medical Services
District hereby amends the Baytown Fire Control, Prevention, and Emergency Medical Services
District's Fiscal Year 2025-2026 Budget by reprogramming TWO HUNDRED NINETY-THREE
THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED TWENTY-SIX AND 49 100 DOLLARS ($293,426.49) from
Fund Balance to Motor Vehicles (32007020-56800) for the purchase of seven (7)new PowerLoad
Stretchers.
Section 2: This resolution shall take effect immediately from and after its passage by
the Board of Directors of the Baytown Fire Control, Prevention, and Emergency Medical Services
District.

the Baytown Fire Control, Prevention, and Emergency Medical Services District on this the 20t1'
