A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN, TEXAS,
APPROVING ISSUANCE OF ONE -MILLION, THREE -HUNDRED, FIFTY
THOUSAND DOLLARS ($1,350,000.00) UNLIMITED TAX ROAD BONDS,
SERIES 2025 BY HARRIS COUNTY MUNICIPAL UTILITY DISTRICT NO.
213-13, AS MEETING THE REQUIREMENTS OF SECTION 98-703(17) OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES, BAYTOWN, TEXAS; AND PROVIDING FOR THE
EFFECTIVE DATE THEREOF.

WHEREAS, Harris County Municipal Utility District No. 213-B ("MUD 213-B") has submitted a
copy of the following to the City for review:
1. MUD 213-B's proposed bond order; and
2. MUD 213-13's proposed preliminary official statement, bid form and notice of sale; and
WHEREAS, the City staff reviewed the information submitted and has determined that MUD
213-B has substantially complied with the criteria contained in Section 98-703(17) of the Code of
Ordinances, Baytown, Texas; NOW THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN, TEXAS:
Section 1: That the City Council of the City of Baytown, Texas, hereby approves MUD
213-13's issuance of ONE -MILLION, THREE -HUNDRED, FIFTY THOUSAND DOLLARS
($1,350,000.00) UNLIMITED TAX ROAD BONDS, SERIES 2025 as substantially meeting the
requirements of Section 98-703(17) of the Code of Ordinances, Baytown, Texas.
Section 2: This resolution shall take effect immediately from and after its passage by the City
Council of the City of Baytown.
