A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN, TEXAS,
APPOINTING AUGUSTIN LOREDO AND TAMMI SCOTT TO THE PLANNING
AND ZONING COMMISSION; AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE
THEREOF.
WHEREAS, Section 2-320 of the City of Baytown's Municipal Code of Ordinances provides for
the appointment of a Boards of Director to the Planning and Zoning Commission (Commission); NOW,
THEREFORE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN, TEXAS:
Section 1: That the City Council of the City of Baytown hereby appoints two (2) members to
the Planning and Zoning Commission as follows:
A. Augustin Loredo is appointed to serve as a member of the Commission with a term
expiring on December 31, 2027; and
B. Tammi Scott is appointed to serve as a member of the Commission with a term expiring
on December 31, 2027.
Section 2: This resolution shall take effect immediately from and after its passage by the City
Council of the City of Baytown.
INTRODUCED, READ and PASSED by the affirmative vote of the City Council of the City of
