A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN, TEXAS,
APPOINTING KIM BOEKER, RHODA BROWN, AND ANITA NICHOLS TO THE
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ADVISORY COMMITTEE; AND PROVIDING FOR
THE EFFECTIVE DATE THEREOF.
WHEREAS, Section 2-388 of the City of Baytown's Municipal Code of Ordinances provides for
the appointment of the Boards of Director to the Community Development Advisory Committee
(Committee); NOW, THEREFORE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN, TEXAS:
Section 1: That the City Council of the City of Baytown, Texas hereby appoints three (3)
members to the Community Development Advisory Committee as follows.
A. Kim Boeker is appointed to serve as a Member of the Committee with a term
expiring on December 31, 2027; and
B. Rhoda Brown is appointed to serve as a Member of the Committee with a term
expiring on December 31, 2027; and
C. Anita Nichols is appointed to serve as a Member of the Committee with a term
expiring on December 31, 2027.
Section 2: This resolution shall take effect immediately from and after its passage by the City
Council of the City of Baytown.
