A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN, TEXAS,
APPOINTING TWO (2) MEMBERS, DAVE JIRRELS AND KAITLYN POWELL TO
THE BAYTOWN CIVIL SERVICE COMMISSION; AND PROVIDING FOR THE
EFFECTIVE DATE THEREOF.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCILOF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN, TEXAS:
Section 1: That the City Manager of the City of Baytown hereby appoints two (2) members
to the Baytown Civil Service Commission:
Section 2: Dave Jirrels is hereby appointed to the City of Baytown Civil Service
Commission with a term expiring on December 31, 2028.
Section 3: Kaitlyn Powell is hereby appointed to the City of Baytown Civil Service
Commission with a term expiring on December 31, 2027.
Section 4: This resolution shall take effect immediately from and after its passage by the City
Council of the City of Baytown.
