A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE BAYTOWN FIRE
CONTROL, PREVENTION, AND EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES DISTRICT
APPROVING THE PAYMENT TO SIDDONS-MARTIN EMERGENCY GROUP, LLC
FROM THE BAYTOWN FIRE CONTROL, PREVENTION, AND EMERGENCY
MEDICAL SERVICES DISTRICT'S FISCAL YEAR 2025-2026 BUDGET FOR THE
PURCHASE OF TWO (2) PIERCE-CUSTOM VELOCITY PUC PUMPERS FOR THE
FIRE DEPARTMENT IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED TWO MILLION FIVE
HUNDRED AND FIFTY-NINE THOUSAND, SEVEN HUNDRED TWENTY-FOUR
AND NO/100 DOLLARS($2,559,724.00);MAKING OTHER PROVISIONS RELATED
THERETO; AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE THEREOF.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BAYTOWN FIRE CONTROL, PREVENTION, AND
EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES DISTRICT:
Section 1: The Board of Directors of the Baytown Fire Control, Prevention, and Emergency
Medical Services District hereby approves the payment to Siddons-Martin Emergency Group, LLC from
the Baytown Fire Control, Prevention, and Emergency Medical Services District's Fiscal Year 2025-2026
Budget for the purchase of two (2) Pierce-Custom Velocity PUC Pumpers for the Fire Department in an
amount not to exceed TWO MILLION FIVE HUNDRED AND FIFTY-NINE THOUSAND,
SEVEN HUNDRED TWENTY-FOUR AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($2,559,724.00).
Section 2: This resolution shall take effect immediately from and after its passage by the Board
of Directors of the Baytown Fire Control, Prevention, and Emergency Medical Services District.
INTRODUCED, READ and PASSED by the affirmative vote of the Board of Directors of the
Baytown Fire Control,Prevention,and Emergency Medical Services District this the 13`h day of November,
2025.
