A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN, TEXAS,
RE-APPOINTING PETE COTE TO SERVE ON THE HARRIS-GALVESTON
SUBSIDENCE DISTRICT.
WHEREAS,Chapter 8801 of the Special District's Code provides for the appointment of Board of
Directors to the Harris-Galveston Subsidence District (District); NOW,THEREFORE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN,TEXAS:
Section 1. That the City Council of the City of Baytown hereby re-appoints Pete Cote to serve as a
member on the Board of Directors of the District with a term expiring on January 31,2027.
Section 2. This resolution shall take effect immediately from and after its passage by the City
Council of the City of Baytown.
