A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN,TEXAS,
APPOINTING ALBERTO CONTRERAS, TONI GRAHAM AND ELLEN
HOLLAWAY TO THE ANIMAL CONTROL ADVISORY COMMITTEE; AND
PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE THEREOF.

WHEREAS, Section 2-512 of The City of Baytown Code of Ordinances provides for the
appointment of the Members to the Animal Control Advisory Committee (Committee); NOW,
THEREFORE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN,TEXAS:
Section 1: That the City Council of the City of Baytown, Texas hereby appoints three (3)
members to the Animal Control Advisory Committee as follows:
A. Alberto Contreras is appointed to serve as a Member of the Committee with a term
expiring on September 30,2027;
B. Toni Graham is appointed to serve as a Member of the Committee with a term
expiring on September 30,2027;and
C. Ellen Hollaway is appointed to serve as Chairperson of the Committee with a term
expiring on September 30,2027.
Section 2: This resolution shall take effect immediately from and after its passage by the City
Council of the City of Baytown.
INTRODUCED, READ and PASSED by the affirmative vote of the City Council of the City of
Baytown this the 25th day of September,2025.
