A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN, TEXAS,
APPOINTING JOSEPH FALLIN, TERRY SAIN AND KEVIN TROLLER TO THE
PARKS AND RECREATION ADVISORY BOARD; AND PROVIDING FOR THE
EFFECTIVE DATE THEREOF.
WHEREAS, Section 2-281 of the City of Baytown's Municipal Code of Ordinances provides for
the appointment of the Members to the Parks and Recreation Advisory Board (Board); NOW,
THEREFORE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN, TEXAS:
Section 1: That the City Council of the City of Baytown, Texas hereby appoints three (3)
member to the Parks and Recreation Board as follows.
A. Joseph Fallin is appointed to serve as a Member of the Board with a term expiring
on August 31, 2028;
B. Terry Sain is appointed to serve as a Member of the Board with a term expiring on
August 31, 2028; and
C. Kevin Troller is appointed to serve as a Member of the Board with a term expiring
on August 31, 2028.
Section 2: This resolution shall take effect immediately from and after its passage by the City
Council of the City of Baytown.
