A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN, TEXAS,
APPOINTING BECKY ROBINS, GILBERT SANTANA, KEVIN TROLLER, MIKE
WILSON AND BARBARA WOOSTER TO THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT; AND
PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE THEREOF.
WHEREAS, Chapter 211.008 of the Texas Local Government Code provides for the appointment
of a Boards of Members to the Board of Adjustment (Board); NOW,THEREFORE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN,TEXAS:
Section 1: That the City Council of the City of Baytown, Texas hereby appoints five (5)
members to the Board of Adjustment as follows:
A. Becky Robins is appointed to serve as a Member of the Board with a term expiring
on July 27, 2027;
B. Gilbert Santana is appointed to serve as a Member of the Board with a term
expiring on July 27, 2027;
C. Kevin Troller is appointed to serve as a Member of the Board with a term expiring
on July 27, 2027;
D. Mike Wilson is appointed to serve as a Member of the Board with a term expiring
on July 27, 2027; and
E. Barbara Wooster is appointed to serve as a Member of the Board with a term
expiring on July 27, 2027.
Section 2: This resolution shall take effect immediately from and after its passage by the City
Council of the City of Baytown.
INTRODUCED, READ and PASSED by the affirmative vote of the City Council of the City of
Baytown this the 24"'day of July, 2025.
