A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN, TEXAS,
APPOINTING DAVID BOLENBAUCHER, RHODA BROWN, LANCE FRAZIOR,
DESIREE KLAUS, AND BONITA MICHELETTI TO THE ETHICS BOARD; AND
PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE THEREOF.

WHEREAS, Chapter 2 "Administration," Article IV "Boards and Commissions," Division 14
"Ethics Board" of the City of Baytown's Municipal Code of Ordinances provides for the appointment of
the Members to the Ethics Board(Board);NOW THEREFORE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN,TEXAS:
Section 1: That the City Council of the City of Baytown, Texas hereby appoints five (5)
member to the Ethics Board as follows.
A. David Bolenbaucher is appointed to serve as a Member of the Board with a tern
expiring on June 25,2027;
B. Rhoda Brown is appointed to serve as a Member of the Board with a term expiring
on June 25,2027;
C. Lance Frazior is appointed to serve as a Member of the Board with a tenn expiring
on June 25,2027;
D. Desiree Klaus is appointed to serve as a Member of the Board with a tern expiring
on June 25,2028;and
E. Bonita Micheletti is appointed to serve as a Member of the Board with a term
expiring on June 25,2028;
Section 2- This resolution shall take effect immediately from and after its passage by the City
Council of the City of Baytown.

Baytown this the 2011 day of June,2025.
