The Baytown Police Advisory Committee (BPAC) met in a Meeting on Tuesday, October 29,
2024, at 6:00 P.M. in the Council Chamber of the Baytown City Hall, located at 2401 Market
Street, Baytown, Texas with the following in attendance:

Vice Chairperson Michael Springer convened the October 29, 2024, Baytown Police Advisory
Committee (BPAC) Meeting with a quorum present at 6:04 P.M. All members were present with
the exception of Chairperson Dr. Marissa Moreno, Committee Member Eric Rodriguez and
Committee Member Natalie Robinson.
1. CITIZEN COMMENTS
Vice Chairperson Michael Springer announced no citizens signed up to speak.
2. CITIZEN INPUT
a. Receive citizen input concerning police outreach, community policing, officer train-
ing, as well as policies and procedures.
Vice Chairperson Michael Springer announced there was no citizens input at the meeting.
3. COMMUNITY INPUT
a. Receive and discuss community input obtained by the Baytown Police Advisory Com-
mittee Members,
Committee Member Donald Vallier shared that he has reached out to a local Homeowners Asso-
ciation (HOA) to present any questions or concerns to the BPAC Board Members.
4. REPORTS
a. Receive a report and discuss the status of police outreach, community policing, officer
training and policies and procedures.

Police Chief John Stringer, presented a status report of the police outreach, community policing,
officer training, policies and procedures. (Exhibit A)
5. BUSINESS ITEMS
a. Review of previous goals and future planning.
Vice Chairperson Michael Springer points out some of the collaborations that we're listed to be
addressed at a future meeting and potentially seeking assistance from Jamie Eustace in the month
of January 2025 to elaborate and create opportunities for those requiring assistance at different
levels within the community.
6. NEXT MEETING
a. Consider setting date, time and location for the next Baytown Police Advisory Com-
mittee meeting, along with any related tasks and processes.
Vice Chairperson Michael Springer announced Staff will poll for December 241" or December 31 St
to conduct the meeting at the Baytown Police Station.
7. ADJOURN
With there being no further business to discuss, Vice Chairperson Michael Springer adjourned the
October 29, 2024, Baytown Police Advisory Committee Meeting at 6:45 P.M.
