AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN,
TEXAS, APPROVING A CHANGE IN THE BAYTOWN FIRE CONTROL,
PREVENTION, AND EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES DISTRICT'S
FISCAL YEAR 2024-2025 BUDGET FOR MUNICIPAL PURPOSES TO
REPROGRAM FUNDS FROM HIGHWATER VEHICLES UPGRADE TO
AIR/REHAB TRUCK IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED FIFTY THOUSAND
AND NO 100 DOLLARS ($50,000.00) FOR THE PURCHASE OF THE
AIR/REHAB TRUCK; MAKING OTHER REPRESENTATIONS RELATED
THERETO; AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE THEREOF.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN,TEXAS:
Section 1: That the City Council of the City of Baytown hereby approves changes in
the Baytown Fire Control, Prevention, and Emergency Medical Services District's Fiscal Year
2024-2025 budget for municipal purposes to reprogram FIFTY THOUSAND AND NO/100
DOLLARS ($50,000.00) from Highwater Vehicle Upgrade to Air Rehab Truck for the purchase
of an Air Rehab Truck.
Section 2: This ordinance shall take effect immediately from and after its passage by
the City Council of the City of Baytown, Texas.
INTRODUCED, READ and PASSED, by the affirmative vote of the City Council of the
City of Baytown this the 10"day of July, 2025.
