A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE BAYTOWN FIRE
CONTROL, PREVENTION, AND EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES DISTRICT
APPROVING THE PAYMENT TO SIDDIONS-MARTIN EMERGENCY GROUP
FROM THE BAYTOWN FIRE CONTROL, PREVENTION, AND EMERGENCY
MEDICAL SERVICES DISTRICT'S FISCAL YEAR 2024-2025 BUDGET FOR THE
PURCHASE OF ONE (1) FREIGHTLINER 19' AIR/REHAB TRUCK FOR THE FIRE
DEPARTMENT IN THE AMOUNT OF EIGHT HUNDRED AND FIFTY THOUSAND
AND NO 100 DOLLARS (S850,000.00); MAKING OTHER PROVISIONS RELATED
THERETO; AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE THEREOF.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BAYTOWN FIRE CONTROL, PREVENTION, AND
EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES DISTRICT:
Section I: The Board of Directors of the Baytown Fire Control, Prevention, and Emergency
Medical Services District hereby approves the payment to Siddions-Martin Emergency Group from the
Baytown Fire Control, Prevention, and Emergency Medical Services District's Fiscal Year 2024-2025
Budget for the purchase of one (1) Freightliner 19' Air Rehab Truck for the Fire Department in the amount
of EIGHT HUNDRED AND FIFTY THOUSAND AND NO 100 DOLLARS ($850,000.00) as
follows:
a) EIGHT HUNDRED AND TWENTY-FOUR THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED AND
SEVENTEEN DOLLARS AND NO 100 ($824,117.00) for the purchase of the
Freightliner 19' Air.:Rehab Truck; and
b) TWENTY-FIVE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED AND EIGHTY-THREE
DOLLARS AND NO. 100 (S25,883.00) for additional equipment to be added to the
truck.
Section 2: This resolution shall take effect immediately from and after its passage by the Board
of Directors of the Baytown Fire Control, Prevention, and Emergency Medical Services District.
