A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN, TEXAS,
APPOINTING CAROL HEATHCOCK TO THE FIRE CONTROL, PREVENTION &
EMS DISTRICT; AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE THEREOF.
WHEREAS, Chapter 344 of the Texas Local Government Code provides for the appointment of
the Board of Directors to the Fire Control, Prevention & Emergency Medical Services District (District);
NOW, THEREFORE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN, TEXAS:
Section 1: That the City Council of the City of Baytown hereby appoints CAROL
HEATHCOCK to the Fire Control, Prevention & Emergency Medical Services District, with a
term expiring on August 31, 2026.
Section 2: This resolution shall take effect immediately from and after its passage by the City
Council of the City of Baytown.
INTRODUCED, READ and PASSED by the affirmative vote of the City Council of the City of
Baytown this the 26" day of June, 2025.
