A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN, TEXAS,
APPOINTING STEVEN RICHARD TO THE BAYTOWN HOUSING AUTHORITY;
AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE THEREOF.
WHEREAS, Chapter 392 of the Texas Local Government Code provides for the appointment of
Commissioners of the Baytown Housing Authority; NOW, THEREFORE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN, TEXAS:
Section 1: That the City Council of the City of Baytown, Texas hereby appoints one (1)
Commissioner to the Baytown Housing Authority as follows:
A. STEVEN RICHARD is appointed to serve as a Commissioner of the Baytown
Housing Authority with a term expiring on March 31, 2026;
Section 2: This resolution shall take effect immediately from and after its passage by the City
Council of the City of Baytown.
INTRODUCED, READ and PASSED by the affirmative vote of the City Council of the City of
Baytown this the 26"' day of June 2025.
