AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN, TEXAS,
REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 15,992 PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BAYTOWN, TEXAS ON THE 19TH DAY OF NOVEMBER, 2024, WHICH
AUTHORIZED AN INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT AGREEMENT WITH SBR CEDAR
PORT OWNER, LP; MAKING OTHER PROVISIONS RELATED THERETO; AND
PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE THEREOF.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Baytown approved Ordinance number 15,992 on
November 19, 2024; and
WHEREAS, Ordinance 15,992 authorized an Industrial District Agreement with property owner,
SBR Cedar Port Owner, LP; and
WHEREAS, the registered name of the owner of the property subject to the aforementioned
Industrial District Agreement is in fact SBR Cedar Port 2 Owner, LP; NOW THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN, TEXAS:
Section 1: That the City Council of the City of Baytown hereby repeals Ordinance 15,992, passed
on November 19, 2024, which authorized and Industrial District Agreement with SBR Cedar Port Owner,
LP.
Section 2: This ordinance shall take effect immediately from and after its passage by the City
Council of the City of Baytown.
