A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN, TEXAS,
APPOINTING CHARLES JOHNSON, LAURA ALVARADO, KENRICK GRIFFITH,
SAR.AH GRAHAM AND THE CITY CLERK TO THE BAYTOWN MUNICIPAL
DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT; AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE
THEREOF.

WHEREAS, Chapter 377 of the Texas Local Government Code provides for the appointment of a
Boards of Director to the Baytown Municipal Development District (MDD); NOW, THEREFORE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN,TEXAS:
Section 1: That the City Council of the City of Baytown, Texas hereby appoints five (5)
members to the Baytown Municipal Development District as follows:
A. Charles Johnson is re-appointed to serve as a Director of the MDD with a term
expiring on May 31, 2027;
B. Laura Alvarado is re-appointed to serve as a Director of the MDD with a term
expiring on May 31,2027;
C. Kenrick Griffith is re-appointed to serve as a Director of the MDD with a term
expiring on May 31, 2027;
D. Sarah Graham is re-appointed to serve as a Director of the MDD with a term
expiring on May 31, 2027; and
E. The City Clerk is re-appointed to serve as a Director of the MDD with a term
expiring on May 31, 2027.
Section 2: This resolution shall take effect immediately from and after its passage by the City
Council of the City of Baytown.
