FIRE CONTROL, PREVENTION, AND EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES
DISTRICT'S FISCAL YEAR 2024-2025 BUDGET FOR THE PURCHASE OF TWO(2)
2025 FORD F-250S WITH UPFITTING FOR THE FIRE DEPARTMENT THROUGH
THE HOUSTON-GALVESTON AREA COUNCIL IN THE AMOUNT OF ONE
HUNDRED SEVENTY-SIX THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED THIRTY-THREE AND
26. 100 DOLLARS ($176,433.26); MAKING OTHER PROVISIONS RELATED
THERETO; AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE THEREOF.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BAYTOWN FIRE CONTROL, PREVENTION, AND
EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES DISTRICT:
Section 1: The Board of Directors of the Baytown Fire Control, Prevention, and Emergency
Medical Services District hereby approves the payment to Bill Knight Ford from the Baytown Fire Control,
Prevention, and Emergency Medical Services District's Fiscal Year 2024-2025 Budget for the purchase of
one (2) 2025 Ford F-250s with upfitting for the Fire Department in the amount of ONE HUNDRED
SEVENTY-SIX THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED THIRTY-THREE AND 26 100 DOLLARS
($176,433.26) through the Houston-Galveston Area Council.
Section 2: This resolution shall take effect immediately from and after its passage by the Board
of Directors of the Baytown Fire Control, Prevention, and Emergency Medical Services District.
INTRODUCED, READ and PASSED by the affirmative vote of the Board of Directors of the
Baytown Fire Control,Prevention,and Emergency Medical Services District this the 20`I'day of May,2025.
