A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE BAYTOWN FIRE
CONTROL, PREVENTION, AND EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES
DISTRICT AMENDING THE BAYTOWN FIRE CONTROL, PREVENTION,
AND EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES DISTRICT'S FISCAL YEAR 2024-
2025 BUDGET BY REPROGRAMMING NINETY-FOUR THOUSAND EIGHT
HUNDRED THIRTY-SIX AND NO 100 DOLLARS ($94,836.00) FROM FUND
BALANCE TO LEASE - MACHINERY AND EQUIPMENT FOR THE ZOLL
ONE PROGRAM LEASE PAYMENT; AND PROVIDING FOR THE
EFFECTIVE DATE THEREOF.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE BAYTOWN FIRE
CONTROL, PREVENTION, AND EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES DISTRICT:
Section 1: That subject to the approval by the City Council of the City of Baytown, the
Board of Directors of the Baytown Fire Control, Prevention, and Emergency Medical Services
District hereby amends the Baytown Fire Control, Prevention, and Emergency Medical Services
District's Fiscal Year 2024-2025 Budget by reprogramming NINETY-FOUR THOUSAND
EIGHT HUNDRED THIRTY-SIX AND NO.100 DOLLARS ($94,836.00) from Fund Balance to
Lease - Machinery and Equipment (32007020-56909) for the Zoll One Program year three lease
payment.
Section 2: This resolution shall take effect immediately from and after its passage by
the Board of Directors of the Baytown Fire Control, Prevention,and Emergency Medical Services
District.
INTRODUCED, READ and PASSED by the affirmative vote of the Board of Directors of
the Baytown Fire Control, Prevention, and Emergency Medical Services District on this the 20"
day of May, 2025.
